About us

FrameFusion Studios is an AI-powered image and video generation platform that helps businesses and creators produce professional visuals in minutes, without big budgets or design teams. We're an early-stage start-up with a big vision, and we're looking for our first marketing specialist to help us reach users around the world.

The role

You'll own how FrameFusion gets discovered and loved. You'll create content, grow our social channels, build communities, and turn attention into sign-ups. As one of our first team members, your work will directly shape the company.

What you'll do

• Grow our presence on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Write clear, persuasive copy and create short-form content that showcases what our platform can do
• Use AI tools to produce eye-catching content quickly
• Build organic reach through communities, partnerships, creators, and referrals
• Track results and use the numbers to decide what to do more of
• Test ideas fast, drop what doesn't work, and double down on what does

What we're looking for

• Proven results growing an audience or campaign (show us real accounts or work)
• Excellent written English
• Comfort with AI tools, and a habit of learning new ones quickly
• Experience marketing with little or no budget
• Basic analytics skills
• Bonus: other languages, video editing (CapCut or similar), Canva, SEO, or SaaS experience

How we work

• 100% remote, with flexible hours and a few overlapping hours with East Africa Time (EAT) for weekly check-ins
• Independent contractor arrangement, paid via [Wise / PayPal / other] in [USD]
• Compensation: [base or per-task fee] plus [commission on sign-ups / revenue share / equity after trial]
• A 1-3 month paid trial period, with a clear written agreement, so we can both see if it's a fit
