About Partao
Partao is building the global marketplace for heavy-machinery parts. A single platform that connects buyers and sellers across the industry. With 2,000+ brands and more than 5 million SKUs, we make sourcing faster, smarter, and more reliable by helping people find the exact part that fits their machine.
We’re focused on doing the right things well, first. That means building something useful, something real, with impact that lasts. If you want to be part of a fast-moving team shaping a marketplace at global scale, Partao is the place to do it.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist on a 3–12 month contract to drive performance across paid acquisition, build customer nurturing campaigns, and help scale our brand awareness across Europe. You’ll work closely with the leadership and sales teams to fuel both B2B and B2C growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone with strong digital marketing execution experience, ideally in high SKU-count environments like marketplaces or long-tail businesses, who loves a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand HubSpot CRM workflows: email nurturing, lead segmentation and customer journey optimisation.
- Build dashboards and analyse user behaviour in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to inform decisions.
- Collaborate on organic and paid campaigns that drive traffic and convert leads into active buyers.
- Support content strategy and rollout, including direct-response ad copy, email content, landing pages and technical SEO improvements.
- Support localised marketing across European markets, including language-specific campaigns and market research.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram Ads.
- Strong understanding of GA4 and funnel performance tracking.
- Experienced HubSpot CRM user, including workflows, email templates and automation.
- Demonstrated success running and optimising email campaigns for lead nurturing.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Willingness to thrive in an early-stage, fast-changing startup environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience in a marketplace, industrial/long-tail B2B environment, or sectors like construction, agriculture or automotive.
- Prior role in an early-stage startup with budget responsibility and autonomy.
- Familiarity multivendor catalogues.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to join a growing, VC-backed startup in a pivotal marketing role, with exposure to both B2B and B2C growth across international markets.
- High autonomy, with direct impact on growth and branding strategy.
- A culture of speed, data-driven decision-making, and transparency
