HR Tech Abu Dhabi will bring together senior HR, People, Talent and Technology leaders with the innovators, solution providers and organisations shaping the future of work. The event will explore the rapidly evolving world of HR technology, AI, workforce transformation, employee experience and digital workplaces.
This is a particularly exciting opportunity as the successful candidate will be joining the team at the launch stage of a new event in Abu Dhabi, with the opportunity to help establish the brand, build its audience and shape its marketing strategy from the outset.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the marketing of HR Tech Abu Dhabi's event launch. Candidates will require a special mix of strategic and tactical skills to be successful.
Working closely with the Portfolio Director, commercial team, content, operations and wider marketing function, you will develop campaigns that build awareness, drive registrations and generate high-quality commercial leads.
You will need to be proactive, commercially minded, organised and target driven, with the ability to work at pace and take ownership of campaigns from initial concept through to delivery.
This role will suit an experienced events marketer who enjoys building brands and audiences and is excited by the opportunity to help launch a major new HR technology event in the Abu Dhabi market.
