Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of marketing activities: Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote HyImpulse’s services in close coordination with Business Development team
Create and deliver presentations, pitch decks, and visual proposals
Establish brand guidelines, maintain asset libraries and visual consistency across all mediums
Write, design, and publish content including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials (digital and print)
Design marketing assets such as brochures, one-pagers, social media graphics, and event materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and basic video editing skills
Plan, design, and coordinate promotional merchandise production
Prepare and execute industry events, trade shows, conferences and on-site coordination
Update and manage website content (Webflow and basic HTML/CSS updates), including layout adjustments and content uploads
Coordination of internal contributors, agencies and suppliers
Basic Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media/Graphic Design or a related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand management or a similar role
Proven ability to independently manage multiple marketing projects from concept to execution, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively
Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for design, detail and brand quality
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience creating and managing digital and printed marketing materials, website content (ideally Webflow), and corporate brand guidelines and asset libraries
Experience with event and trade-show management
Professional fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
Desired Experience
Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools and basic SEO knowledge
Experience creating customer-facing technical documentation, such as user guides, product manuals or technical brochures
Experience managing external agencies, creative professionals and specialist suppliers
Experience creating video content, animations or motion graphics
Basic photography or videography skills
Familiarity with the New Space industry and related terminology, products and services
