What will I be doing?
We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join one of our exciting global clients, supporting their Talent Acquisition function.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help shape and execute the marketing strategy that attracts top talent. You'll own organic social media, create engaging content, support employer branding campaigns and provide insights through reporting and analytics to continuously improve performance.
Your creativity, organisation, attention to detail and ability to turn ideas into engaging campaigns will be what makes you successful in this role.
Typical activities all hang off your main goals of building brand awareness, attracting exceptional talent and delivering engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Typical Activities Include
- Owning the organic social media strategy and day-to-day execution across multiple platforms.
- Planning and managing content calendars to support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Creating engaging written, visual and video content for social media and digital channels.
- Editing videos and designing graphics that align with brand guidelines.
- Coordinating the creation and rollout of messaging toolkits across multiple regions, ensuring local relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Supporting priority recruitment marketing campaigns through keyword optimisation, creative development and compelling digital content.
- Partnering with Talent Acquisition, Global Marketing and external agencies to develop employer branding assets and campaign messaging.
- Monitoring campaign performance, producing regular analytics and reporting, and making recommendations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Creating and maintaining a centralised marketing asset library to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Coordinating campaign launches, activation plans and local amplification activities.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in social media marketing is essential.
- Experience managing organic social media campaigns from planning through execution.
- Strong content creation experience, including copywriting, graphic design and short-form video editing.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and producing marketing reports and insights.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and social media trends.
- Experience working closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting employer branding or talent acquisition marketing campaigns would be highly advantageous.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing or Employer Branding role.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content across LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Strong experience with analytics and reporting, using data to optimise campaign performance.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma or similar.
- Experience with CRM platforms would be a distinct advantage.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, "can do" attitude and a passion for creating engaging content.
