Marketing Specialist/Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist/Manager to drive marketing activities across the DACH & BeNeLux markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Consumer Electronics, IT, NAS/Storage or IoT, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Localize and execute global marketing strategies across DACH & BeNeLux.
• Coordinate between local markets and the global marketing team.
• Gather market insights, customer feedback and competitor intelligence.
• Manage localized content, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and execute events, partnerships, influencer and digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure local marketing activities are aligned with global brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in NAS/Storage, Consumer Electronics, IT or IoT.
• Strong understanding of DACH & BeNeLux markets.
• Excellent English communication skills; German or Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, SEO and analytics.
• Creative, data-driven and comfortable working in an international environment.
• Preferred
• Fluency in German, Dutch or French.
• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
