Marketing Strategist

We are Alfafam , a US-based Management Consulting Company. Our primary objective is to facilitate the growth of businesses within the United States by providing comprehensive support in management, operations, budgeting, marketing, hiring, and onboarding processes. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with our clients, promoting long-term customer success and satisfaction, and helping achieve their business objectives. Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities Define target audiences and customer personas Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns Collaborate with sales, design, content, and product teams Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics Manage marketing budgets and track ROI Create reports and present marketing insights to leadership Support brand positioning and messaging initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2–5 years of marketing experience preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms Experience with SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools such as: Google Analytics HubSpot Meta Ads Manager CRM platforms Excellent communication and project management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Key Skills Strategic Planning Market Research Data Analysis Campaign Management Brand Strategy Content Marketing Leadership & Collaboration The Details: This position is full-time, and remote from Monday to Friday. Standard work hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (New York time zone) The salary range for this is dependent on location, experience, and skills.
