Marketing Strategist (E-Commerce)

We’re Hiring | Brand Strategist at Rustic Egypt

We’re looking for a Creative Brand Strategist to help us figure out what Rustic should say, launch, create, and do next.

You’ll be working on:

• Developing marketing strategies and campaigns

• Planning product launches & drops

• Coming up with campaign concepts, stunts & activations

• Creating shoot ideas and creative directions

• Writing scripts for Reels, ads & short-form content

• Following social & cultural trends and turning them into ideas

• Helping shape Rustic’s brand identity

• Working closely with our creative & content team

• Taking ideas from “this could be cool” → actual execution

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong creative thinking

• Understands social media and current trends

• Can think strategically, not just creatively

• Has a strong eye for aesthetics and branding

• Can turn ideas into clear, executable concepts

• Is proactive and comfortable challenging existing ideas

• Has previous experience in marketing, strategy, content, branding, or a similar role

Bonus: If you can shoot, edit, design, or create content yourself.

📍 Location: New Cairo

🏠 Hybrid: Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday in-office

💻 WFH on remaining days

🚫 Friday off

⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
