Position Overview

Are you passionate about the intersection of technology, data, and marketing? As a Marketing Technology Specialist, you'll play a key role in powering the systems and tools that drive customer engagement, promotional campaigns, and digital experiences across the business.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology, working cross-functionally, and continuously improving processes. You'll begin by supporting our promotions technology platform, helping to build and manage digital promotions, discounts, incentives, and business rules that directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and sales performance.

As you grow in the role, you'll gain exposure to a broader marketing technology ecosystem, including CRM, eCommerce, customer data, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms, providing a unique opportunity to expand your technical and business expertise.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, naturally curious, and energized by learning new technologies while partnering with stakeholders across the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Administer, configure, and support key marketing technology platforms that drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Build and manage digital promotions, discounts, coupons, rebates, incentives, and related business rules.
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Pricing, Sales, and IT teams to translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions.
  • Gather and document requirements, configure solutions, and support implementation efforts.
  • Test system changes and promotions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and a seamless customer experience.
  • Investigate platform issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Analyze data, campaign performance, and system effectiveness to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain platform documentation, governance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the marketing technology landscape.
  • Act as a trusted resource for business partners, helping drive adoption and effective use of marketing technology solutions.

Location & Work Arrangement:

  • Candidates should be based in the Atlanta area and able to attend in-person team meetings at our Roswell office as needed. The majority of the work will be remote, with opportunity to work in the office more often if desired.

Skills We Are Seeking:

  • Experience in marketing technology or digital marketing strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools
  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
