A bit about us

GoodHabitz started in 2011 with a simple idea from two teachers: learning at work shouldn't be a chore. Today, we're helping 7 million people across 10 countries grow in their careers, not just to keep up with change, but to lead through it with more confidence and real readiness for what's next. Behind that is a team of 300+ people from 35+ nationalities, spread across Europe, with the maturity of a bigger organisation but still plenty of room to experiment. We make all our content in-house, and if you ever visit our Eindhoven office, you can see our studio in action, costume room included, yes, really. If you want your work to genuinely help people grow, you'll fit right in.

What this role is about

You'll own the day-to-day development, structure and maintenance of the GoodHabitz website in Webflow. You'll sit in Marketing and work closely with our Website Platform Owner, Digital Experience Specialist, designers and marketing colleagues. Together you'll turn Figma designs and marketing briefs into fast, accessible pages that rest on solid technical foundations. You'll be based at our Eindhoven HQ, usually two days a week in the office.

Your focus areas

  • Own the Webflow build, structure and maintenance of the GoodHabitz website.
  • Build responsive pages and reusable components from Figma designs and marketing briefs.
  • Extend Webflow with JavaScript and CSS for custom functionality, interactions and animations.
  • Improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO, crawlability and accessibility.
  • Fix bugs, technical debt and performance issues, using AI tools such as Claude and Make.com.

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 5+ years of web development experience, including at least 1 year of recent hands-on Webflow work.
  • Write strong JavaScript, CSS and HTML, with a good grasp of front-end architecture and performance.
  • Know Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and accessibility (WCAG) from practice, not just theory.
  • Have turned Figma designs into production websites and worked directly with marketing teams and briefs.
  • Take ownership, act proactively and enjoy keeping up with what Webflow can do next.

What's in it for you

  • Real ownership of the GoodHabitz website, from structure to speed.
  • A close team in Marketing with our Website Platform Owner, Digital Experience Specialist and designers.
  • Room to work smarter with AI and automation tools like Claude and Make.com.
  • The chance to explore emerging web technologies, including AI search and AEO.
  • A hybrid setup with usually two days a week at our Eindhoven HQ.
