BrickPine is building a social commerce and logistics marketplace — buying, selling, delivery, and payments, all in one app.
The Role
This isn't a desk job. If you can walk into a market in Yaba or Computer Village, talk to a seller for ten minutes, and walk out with them signed up, you're the person we want. As a Growth Ambassador, you're out in the field finding sellers and riders, getting them onto BrickPine, and making sure they actually start using it. You get paid monthly, plus commission on every person you bring on — and that commission keeps paying out as long as they're active on the platform.
Who This Role Is For
- You can talk to anyone: a market trader in the morning, an SME owner by afternoon
- You're already living on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
- You don't need someone checking on you every hour to get your work done
- You'd rather earn based on what you bring in than sit on a flat salary
- You're energetic, a bit relentless about hitting targets, and want in on something being built from scratch

What You Will Do
On the Seller Side
- Go find micro and SME sellers — market stalls, campus vendors, the WhatsApp and Instagram sellers doing fashion, food, gadgets, cosmetics, whatever — and get them talking to you
- Walk them through what BrickPine actually does for them: a store, product listings, more eyes on their stuff, payments handled, promotions built in
- Sit with them while they set up — create the account, list the first few products, don't just send a link and hope
- Push their KYC through to our verification team
- Keep checking in until they post something and make their first sale — that's when they're actually onboarded, not before
On the Rider Side
- Find dispatch riders, motorcycle associations, independent logistics guys — wherever they gather
- Explain how the earnings work: delivery bidding, bonuses, the whole structure
- Walk them through registration and KYC the same way you would a seller
- Keep an eye on who goes quiet after signing up and flag it to Ops before they drop off completely
Where You'll Be Doing This
- Online: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace, TikTok, community groups
- In person: Yaba, Balogun, Computer Village, Lekki, Surulere, and similar clusters
- Rider hubs and logistics communities
Reporting Back
- Keep real logs — daily and weekly — of who you've contacted, signed up, and gotten verified
- Show up to the weekly check-in with your Operations Manager or Growth Lead
- Tell us what you're hearing on the ground — what sellers push back on, what competitors are offering, what's not working
- Show up for onboarding pushes and market activation days when we call for them
How You Earn — Full Compensation Breakdown
1. Monthly Stipend: ₦50,000 per month, paid once your onboarding is completed
2. Per-User Commission
- Seller or rider signs up and completes onboarding - ₦500
- Same user passes KYC verification (confirmed by BrickPine) - ₦500
- Total per fully verified user - ₦1,000
3. Monthly Target Bonus
₦100,000 bonus for every 50 verified sellers or logistics providers onboarded in a calendar month
4. Long-Term Passive Income
- 1.5% commission on every qualifying sale made by sellers you onboarded
- 1.5% commission on every qualifying delivery completed by riders you onboarded
These commissions are ongoing for as long as your users transact on the platform
Top performers consistently onboarding 300-500+ verified users a month land in the ₦200,000–₦500,000+ range shown above, before passive income from ongoing seller sales and rider deliveries is added.

What We're Looking For
You need to have:
- The kind of persuasion that gets a market trader and an SME owner both saying yes, same day
- Enough self-drive that nobody has to babysit you in the field
- A smartphone you're comfortable using for forms, WhatsApp, and reporting back
- Real knowledge of Lagos — you should already know Yaba, Balogun, Computer Village, Lekki, Surulere, that kind of ground
- A track record (or at least the drive) of hitting targets, not just working toward them
It helps if you have:
- Field sales, direct marketing, agent banking, or telecom distribution experience (MTN, Airtel, Opay, Moniepoint, PalmPay, and the like)
- An existing network of small business owners, market associations, or rider groups you can actually call on
- Used or sold on platforms like Instagram Shops, Jumia, or Jiji
- Some exposure to KYC or identity verification
- Onboarded vendors, riders, or agents before, or run WhatsApp/community growth for something

- Do well and there's a real path to Team Lead, State Coordinator, or Growth Manager as we scale
