About The Role In this role, you will act as the bridge between operational insights and support excellence, creating impactful learning experiences, building robust quality frameworks, and cultivating high standards across support teams. You will play a key role in how we elevate operations and empower seller-facing teams by leveraging data-driven quality insights, modern learning tools, and continuous upskilling programs.
