Diversified Construction & Design is seeking a MASTER CARPENTER to join our Architectural team. Design, fabricate, and install cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall, and insulation. Add fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges, and closures. Select lumber and calculate material and fastener needs. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals. Read blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure all work meets specifications and code requirements. Mentor and supervise less experienced carpenters, inspecting work to ensure quality craftsmanship. Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities. Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and methods. Proven experience directing and instructing coworkers. Additional Qualities Necessary: Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times. Good knowledge of English. Good understanding of basic math. Good physical condition and endurance. Consistently demonstrate a positive company image to Diversified Construction & Design’s vendors and customers.
