- Support regular access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
- Identify and escalate any risks relating to inappropriate or outdated system access.
- Prioritise and manage workloads to meet SLAs and business deadlines.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on correct access request processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve access management processes and reduce manual effort.
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and knowledge sharing.
- Support system or process changes (e.g. migrations, new platforms, or updated workflows).
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with the company financial control framework and policies
- Assist with implementing new processes and procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues across all areas of the business, building and maintaining good relationships, both internal and external
About You
- Exhibit attention to detail and strong organisational skills, to ensure we get it right first time and on time
- Demonstrate a strong team and work ethic along with a customer-centric mind set
- Experience with finance/master data systems.
- Understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Ariba, Azure AD, or similar platforms. Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and comfortable using IT systems
