Where You'll Make a Difference Maintain data integrity within SAP ECC through accurate master data creation, updates, and maintenance. Standardize data, remove duplications, eliminate incorrect records, and identify data quality issues. Investigate and resolve master data errors to ensure consistency across business processes. Support the evaluation and continuous improvement of master data maintenance effectiveness and data quality. Collaborate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues. Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to improve internal communication, policies, and procedures. Drive internal controls and regulatory compliance by coordinating with appropriate business teams. Maintain a complete audit trail of master data creation and changes. Contribute to ongoing process improvement activities and support additional tasks assigned by management. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working with SAP ECC systems. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience in master data management, data administration, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to understand data flows, structures, and business requirements for data organization. How Would You Stand Out? Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
