MBA Intern – College Partnerships & Business Development
Company: KaushalHub NaukriPath Private Limited
Location: Delhi NCR / Noida
Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
Job Type: Internship
Duration: 45 Days
Working Hours: 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
Stipend: ₹2,000 for the complete 45-day internship

We are looking for a confident and motivated MBA/PGDM student to support our college outreach and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research colleges and universities across Delhi NCR and identify potential institutional partners.
- Identify Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), placement heads, placement in-charges and college directors.
- Make professional calls to introduce KaushalHub's training programmes and workshops.
- Share approved proposals, quotations and programme details through email and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings between college representatives and the management team.
- Follow up with prospective colleges and maintain an organised lead database.
- Update outreach records, meeting schedules and follow-up status using Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Support institutional relationship building and business development activities.
Eligibility & Skills
- Currently pursuing an MBA/PGDM, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Business Development.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in making professional calls and interacting with senior representatives.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
