Role
We're looking for a software engineer to build a new platform for securities lending, repo and delta-1 trading. The platform has two core objectives:
Workflow automation - Streamline reconciliation, risk management and reporting workflows.
Front-to-back integration
- Consolidate the full trading lifecycle into a unified platform.
Responsibilities include:
Develop Python ETL pipelines and Java server-side/UI components.
Build integrations with external vendors and market data providers.
Work directly with traders and operations teams to deliver solutions.
Requirements
2-7 years of experience with Java and/or Python.
Familiarity with databases (e.g. Postgres)
Comfortable navigating Linux command line.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Nice to have
Experience using version control software (e.g. git).
Familiarity with developing, testing and deploying with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience with integrating with external/vendor APIs.
Capital markets experience (securities lending, delta-1, repo, derivatives).
