Our teams collaborate across Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations to ensure the timely availability of materials while optimizing inventory and production performance.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Material Planner to support material planning activities, coordinate inventory replenishment, and help ensure the right materials are available to support business and production requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a materials planning, supply chain, procurement, or logistics professional looking to grow their career in an international and fully remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements based on production and business demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.
• Work closely with Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate purchase requirements with procurement teams.
• Track material availability and delivery schedules.
• Maintain planning records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Monitor material planning KPIs and prepare management updates.
• Support inventory optimization and stock control initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses regarding material availability.
• Help resolve routine material shortages and planning issues.
• Maintain organized records and document control procedures.
• Support continuous improvement across material planning processes.
• Promote accuracy and efficiency in supply chain operations.
• Assist with cross-functional planning and logistics projects.
• Stay informed about material planning and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, or a related role is an advantage.
• Good understanding of material planning and inventory control principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, ERP systems, Excel, Power BI, or planning software is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MRP, replenishment planning, inventory optimization, or production scheduling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
• UAE or GCC supply chain experience is an advantage but not required.
• Relevant supply chain or planning certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
