Job Description

This is a remote position.

About This Opportunity

CTI Staffing is partnering with a growing industrial organization to find a Maximo (MAS) Administrative Regional Lead supporting operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada. This fully remote role owns a complete Maximo 9.0 migration, from pre-migration planning through go-live and long-term post-migration support.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has actually run a Maximo migration before, not just administered a system after the fact. You'll own the technical execution and the regional stakeholder relationships that make a multi-country migration succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead pre-migration asset, data, and configuration inventory across regional Maximo instances
  • Coordinate infrastructure, licensing, and connectivity provisioning across US, Mexico, and Canada
  • Own data export, validation, and automated migration execution using operators and custom scripts
  • Lead user acceptance, workflow, and integration testing across all migrated regions
  • Monitor system health post-migration, including crontasks, integration queues, and database performance
  • Manage user and access administration as regional staffing changes
  • Deliver weekly KPI and SLA reporting to leadership on work order throughput and backlog aging
  • Provide ongoing troubleshooting, training, and configuration support to end users across regions

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience personally leading an IBM Maximo 9.0 (MAS) migration, not just administering a post-migration instance
  • Extensive Maximo administrative experience: user/access management, security groups, crontasks
  • Experience troubleshooting Maximo integrations and reprocessing failed transactions
  • Familiarity with PM and Job Plan scheduling tools, including graphical scheduling dashboards
  • Ability to train end users and support regional teams post-migration
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional and multi-region teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel monthly (1x/month, 3–4 days) to US and Mexico sites

Nice-to-Have:

  • Prior experience supporting Maximo across multiple countries or regions simultaneously
  • Experience with AI or predictive analytics tools within Maximo for maintenance optimization
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Background working with IBM or cloud service providers on MAS deployments

Technical Environment:

  • IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 9.0
  • Maximo integrations, crontasks, and automation scripting
  • Graphical Work Week and Graphical Scheduling Dashboard
  • Cloud-hosted MAS deployment (operators, custom resources)

What Success Looks Like:

  • Stable, fully migrated MAS 9.0 environment across all NA regions within the contract term
  • Clean data integrity with no unresolved duplicate or orphan records
  • Regional teams trained and confident operating in the new environment
