We’re Hiring: MBA Admissions & Community Consultant
We’re looking for someone who is deeply familiar with the Indian MBA ecosystem and stays updated on everything that matters to an MBA aspirant — colleges, admissions, entrance exams, deadlines, cut-offs, placements, programs, and industry trends.
What you’ll work on:
• Track and share important updates related to CAT and other MBA entrance exams, applications, deadlines, shortlists, interviews, results, and admissions.
• Research and maintain accurate information about MBA colleges — programs, eligibility, admission criteria, cut-offs, fees, placements, scholarships, specialisations, and more.
• Help keep our student community informed about important MBA and admission-related developments.
• Research MBA domains and career paths including Finance, Marketing, Consulting, HR, Operations, Analytics, Product Management, and more.
• Review and organise existing MBA college and admissions-related content for accuracy and relevance.
• Understand common student queries and identify information that can help aspirants make better decisions.
• Coordinate with content, product, design, and other teams on MBA-related initiatives.
• Support other research, content, community, and strategy-related projects.
Who we’re looking for:
• Someone with a strong understanding of the Indian MBA admissions landscape.
• Someone who actively follows B-schools, CAT and other MBA entrance exams, admission processes, placements, and related developments.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to verify information from reliable sources rather than simply relying on what's available online.
• Good written communication and the ability to simplify information for students.
• Most importantly — someone proactive enough to spot an important MBA update before we have to ask for it.
Bonus if you:
• Have prepared for CAT or other MBA entrance examinations.
• Are currently pursuing or have completed an MBA.
• Have experience in MBA admissions counselling, EdTech, student communities, or MBA-related content.
• Actively follow MBA admission communities, college announcements, and student discussions.
