MCA Sales Operations & Pipeline Coordinator | Remote | South Africa | EST Times

Safhire is hiring on behalf of a US-based Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) business for a full-time Operations & Pipeline Coordinator.

This isn't a task-taker role. We need someone who takes ownership of a fast-moving deal pipeline and makes sure nothing, no lead, no missing document, no lender response, falls through the cracks.

What you'll own:

● Scheduling bulk marketing emails each week

● Managing the client's personal inbox plus multiple centralized inboxes

● Monitoring inbound responses from emails and online application forms

● Identifying complete vs. incomplete applications

● Proactively chasing missing applications, bank statements, and other required info

● Packaging complete submissions for the client's underwriting review

● Sending submissions to lenders selected by the client

● Tracking and logging lender approvals, and following up when responses are slow

● Sending follow-up emails and texts, and scheduling calls

● Flagging responses, approvals, or leads that need the client's attention

● Potentially running discovery calls to gather info before the client handles closing

You will not be expected to close deals. The goal is to run the admin and follow-up engine so the client can focus on closing and growing the marketing side.

What we're looking for:

● Proactive initiative and strong follow-through. You don't wait to be told twice

● Comfort juggling multiple inboxes and moving parts at once

● Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills

● Clear spoken English, confident on calls

● Good judgment on when something needs escalation

● Background in an operational role spanning multiple responsibilities or process stages. Think inbound lead management, administrative coordination, account management, sales support, or operations. (Not looking for someone whose experience is purely data entry or scheduling.)
