M&E Engineer

About The Role We are seeking a talented and experienced M & E Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the implementation of M & E systems for various projects, including commercial, residential, hospitality, and industrial buildings. Job Descriptions Develop detailed M & E design drawings, schematics, and specifications. Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and system sizing. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of M & E systems. Calculate material requirements and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/ RAB. Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design standards and specifications. Perform site inspections and troubleshoot any technical issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes, industry standards, and sustainable design practices.
