Flexicon is hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer for our Bethlehem, PA headquarters. We’re particularly interested in connecting with engineers already in Bethlehem, Allentown, Easton, and throughout the greater Lehigh Valley and surrounding area who are looking for their next opportunity close to home.

This is an onsite engineering role working on complete bulk material handling systems. You won’t be designing the same component over and over. You’ll take customer requirements and help turn them into practical, buildable systems, working across mechanical design, equipment layouts, engineering calculations, manufacturing, controls, vendors, and customers.

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Mechanical Engineering degree or related technical background

🔹 Mechanical design and CAD experience

🔹 Ability to work with customer specifications, drawings, and equipment layouts

🔹 Strong mechanical problem-solving skills

🔹 Interest in machinery, manufacturing, and engineered systems

🔹 Experience with bulk material handling, conveying equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus

We’re open to early career through experienced Mechanical Engineers.
