What's in it for you Base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus annual bonuses tied to performance and firm results Hybrid flexibility — a mix of office, project sites, and remote work Nationwide projects with travel opportunities A team culture built around raising design standards, not just hitting deadlines The work Full ownership of mechanical engineering on your projects, concept through closeout Technical documentation in Revit and AutoCAD Load and ventilation calculations, psychrometric analysis for equipment sizing Energy compliance with ComCheck and Title 24 MEPF site surveys with complete reporting Construction-phase involvement: submittals, shop drawings, RFIs The profile You use Revit and AutoCAD daily and have for at least three years Your background includes 3 to 5 years designing mechanical systems for buildings You know how to move a design through code — ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and IMC are familiar territory You hold an engineering degree (B.S.) from an ABET-accredited program You can reach the office and project sites in NYC on a hybrid arrangement
