The Product Development & Engineering team is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and development through product launch and ongoing support (sustaining engineering).

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Secure production and product continuity by solving production challenges and performing obsolescence and life cycle updates,
  • Develop, test, and document product designs using CAD tools and bench testing,
  • Participate in research and creation of new products,
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop improvements to the mechanical components and system of existing products for increased performance, quality, cost and value,
  • Create, plan, execute and document tests to verify quality and compliance of the design,
  • Perform technical analyses of change requests, trouble reports, CAPAs, and customer claims,
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute assigned engineering activities from concept to implementation,
  • Plan and organize work autonomously,
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.

Skills and experience you will need in this role:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience,
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level),
  • Fluency in Polish,
  • Experience working with technical documentation and testing,
  • Ability to design and model in a 3D environment, preferably using SolidWorks and PDM,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities,
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team,
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and continuously develop.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar role,
  • Knowledge of textiles.
