Media Buyer - Meta Ads (Remote, Anywhere in Pakistan, USD Salary)

Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in paid media. Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, budget management, optimization, and performance analysis. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance data to guide decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to keep clients and internal stakeholders informed. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong understanding of ad creative and copywriting, with a sharp eye for identifying high-performing creative concepts and messaging. Daily proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Higgsfield for research, copywriting, creative development, and reporting. Experience using AI creative generation tools such as Higgsfield and Canva AI. Familiarity with Canva and CapCut for creating and editing ad creative. Experience working with Shopify-based e-commerce stores. Experience using Asana for project and workflow management. Experience with TikTok Ads or Google Ads. Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) concepts. Responsibilities: Own client ad accounts end to end, managing paid media strategy and day-to-day execution across 5–6 accounts. Handle campaign builds, budget pacing, daily optimization, and performance reviews. Brief and drive creative development by partnering with designers to produce high-converting ad creative. Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, ChatGPT, and Claude to generate and iterate on concepts. Analyze, test, and continuously optimize campaign performance by evaluating data and refining targeting, creative, and spend. Develop clear hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and iterate based on results. Keep Account Managers proactively informed of account updates, performance changes, and key insights to ensure there are no surprises. Use AI tools as a daily productivity multiplier across research, copywriting, creative briefs, and reporting to improve efficiency and output quality.
