Job Title: Media Manager

Location: Remote (FiveM/VMenu Server: SpaceCoastRP LLC)

Overview:

SpaceCoastRP LLC is seeking a talented Media Manager to join our team and enhance the visibility and engagement of our FiveM server. As the Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating compelling multimedia content that showcases the unique experiences and events within SpaceCoastRP. Your creative vision will play a pivotal role in attracting new players, engaging the community, and maintaining a vibrant online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy to promote SpaceCoastRP across various platforms, including social media (Twitter, Instagram, Discord, etc.) and video sharing sites (YouTube, Twitch).

- Produce high-quality visual and written content such as screenshots, promotional videos, livestreams, and articles that highlight the server's features, events, and role-playing activities.

- Collaborate closely with server administrators, event organizers, and community leaders to capture and showcase in-game experiences effectively.

- Manage and maintain the server's social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and engaging communication with the community.

- Monitor analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and engagement.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in gaming media and community management to continuously improve content quality and audience engagement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital media creation, preferably within the gaming or virtual community space.

- Strong proficiency in multimedia editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), OBS Studio, or similar tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.

- A passion for gaming and understanding of the FiveM/VMenu ecosystem and community dynamics.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

- Knowledge of social media trends and platforms, with a track record of building and engaging online communities.

This position is remote and requires flexible hours to accommodate server events and community interactions across different time zones.
