Marshall Group is the audio, tech, and design powerhouse uniting musicians and music lovers through genre-breaking innovation. Our flagship brand, Marshall, is uniquely positioned with over 60 years of rock ‘n’ roll attitude on stage, at home, and on the go. Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.

What you’ll do:

As our Media Manager EMEA, you'll play a key role in bringing Marshall's paid media strategy to life across the region. Working closely with our Central Media team and reporting to the Director, EMEA Marketing, you'll translate global strategies into locally relevant media plans that drive brand awareness, engagement and commercial impact.

You'll take ownership of media planning, budgeting and campaign execution across key digital platforms, from always-on activities and major product launches to growing our presence on TikTok Shop. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you'll ensure our media investments deliver meaningful results across EMEA.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination, planning and execution of paid media campaigns across EMEA, ensuring alignment with our global media strategy and local market priorities.

  • Own regional media briefing processes, budget management and agency coordination, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Optimise the media mix across paid media channels, including paid social, programmatic and search, OOH, video advertising etc. to maximise campaign effectiveness throughout the consumer journey.

  • Partner with Central and Local marketing teams to adapt media plans based on market insights, audience behaviour and commercial opportunities.

  • Develop and optimise our always-on media presence, ensuring consistent and relevant consumer engagement throughout the year.

  • Drive paid media activities for TikTok Shop, working closely with local e-commerce teams and agencies to oversee creator programmes, content and performance across Spark Ads, affiliates and GMV Max.

  • Collaborate with local marketing and sales teams on media partnerships, creator collaborations and retail media opportunities.

  • Coordinate creative asset requirements with Central teams, agencies and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery.

  • Monitor campaign performance, ensure accurate tracking and measurement, and turn data into actionable insights through regular reporting and optimisation.

  • Stay ahead of emerging media trends, platform developments and consumer behaviours to identify new opportunities for the brand.

Who we’re looking for:

We're looking for a commercially minded and collaborative media professional who knows how to turn strategy into impactful campaigns. You thrive in an international environment, enjoy balancing creativity with data and have a passion for connecting brands with consumers through relevant media experiences. Above all, you're curious, proactive and collaborative, with a genuine passion for music and culture.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in paid media, integrated media planning or media buying, with a strong track record of hands-on campaign execution.

  • Experience working across multiple markets, ideally within EMEA, and navigating global, regional and local marketing structures.

  • A background in consumer brands, ideally within music, technology or lifestyle, or relevant experience from a media agency.

  • Strong knowledge of digital media channels, including Meta, TikTok, programmatic advertising and paid search.

  • Experience with TikTok as a media and/or commerce platform, including creator partnerships, influencer programmes or TikTok Shop.

  • Proven experience managing media budgets, agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical skills, with an understanding of campaign measurement, tracking, reporting and performance optimisation.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience with (D)OOH and retail media is a plus.

Our pledge:

We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status. We firmly believe that Marshall thrives when our employees do, leading to better experiences for our consumers.
