Description
Media Partnerships Executive
Luton|Full-time|Hybrid
20% bonus•7% pension•Staff travel benefits
We support hybrid working, and you’ll spend 60% of your time each month in the office.
You turn moving parts into partnership campaigns that land smoothly, on time and with commercial impact.
You’re organised, commercially aware and confident bringing suppliers, agencies and internal teams together. You enjoy keeping complex delivery on track, solving problems early and using results to make the next campaign even stronger.
The opportunity
As Media Partnerships Executive, you’ll deliver and evaluate partnership campaigns across customer touchpoints while keeping the operational engine behind easyJet’s inflight media proposition running effectively.
You’ll combine campaign delivery with supplier partnerships media planning, print production and delivery, supplier coordination and commercial support. It’s a varied role where strong organisation and clear communication help turn partnership plans into reliable delivery.
“This role suits someone who loves making campaigns happen. You’ll need curiosity, commercial judgement and the confidence to coordinate lots of detail, while building strong relationships and keeping delivery moving.”
IFR Team, easyJet
The team & culture
You’ll work across Media Partnerships and build collaborative relationships with Marketing, Retail, Operations, our in-flight retail suppliers and creative agencies. Success comes from sharing clear updates, coordinating decisions and helping everyone deliver against agreed timelines.
The pace is varied and practical. You’ll balance campaign priorities, production schedules and operational issues, with the space to spot improvements and support new commercial opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll deliver and evaluate media partnership campaigns, making sure contractual commitments are met and performance reporting supports future planning.
You’ll coordinate the onboard partnerships media programme, working with our in-flight retail supplies as well as print and production suppliers on schedules, content planning, distribution and continuity of delivery.
You’ll manage approvals, stakeholder sign-off, production, delivery and invoicing workstreams, resolving operational challenges before they affect campaign execution.
Requirements of the Role
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring strong project management and organisational skills, with experience coordinating operational processes, multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
You communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with internal teams, agencies and suppliers. You’re comfortable keeping people aligned when plans change or issues need resolving.
Commercial awareness, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving are important. Experience with financial administration or invoicing will help you manage campaigns from plan through to completion.
What you’ll get
>Competitive base salary + up to 20% bonus
>7% employer pension contribution
>Private medical insurance
>25 days holiday + bank holidays
>Annual credit towards an easyJet holiday
>Excellent staff travel benefits
>Flexible benefits package including share schemes
Diversity isn't a checkbox — it's how we fly
Great partnership work comes from different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking. If you can bring people together, stay curious and turn complex activity into clear delivery, we’d love to hear what you could bring to the role.
