• Academic Qualification: Medical degree (MBBS/MD) required; additional qualifications in public health or business are a plus.

Roles

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Medical Affairs Director to lead our Vietnam medical vertical. This is a high-impact role driving our HCO (Healthcare Organization) partnerships, medical strategy, and educational content development. You'll be at the forefront of Docquity’s AI-powered transformation in medical learning and doctor engagement.

Expectations from you

• Lead and grow the Vietnam Medical Affairs function, including strategy, execution, and team leadership.
• Own and expand partnerships with hospitals, societies, and medical organizations (HCOs).
• Oversee the planning, development, and review of medical content and CME programs
• Integrate AI-powered solutions for content creation, disease education, and doctor engagement.
• Act as the key medical representative for client-facing and academic discussions.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing medical content and affairs team.
• Responsibilities will include to manage and oversee: Hospital & Society Partnerships, Doctor Acquisition & Engagement, KOL Engagement & Relationship Management, Medical Affairs & Pharma Client Solutions, Insights & Thought Leadership

Skills required

• English & computing (Office): proficient level.
• Strong local network in Vietnam’s healthcare ecosystem, including KOLs and HCOs
• Leadership experience - must have built or managed teams before
• Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Relationship-builder: Able to command trust and respect from doctors and clients alike.
• Passion & readiness to join a digital healthcare startup to build up from scratch with ultimate integrity, alongside winning & can-do spirit: rolling up your sleeves to counter & overcome any challenges.
• Bonus: Experience with digital health, tech platforms, or public health initiatives.
