Medical Assistant Hybrid 👩‍⚕️ Join Our Team at MyMenopauseRx! MyMenopauseRx is seeking a dedicated, organized, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our growing virtual healthcare practice. In this role, you will support both clinical operations and front-office functions, ensuring our patients receive seamless, high-quality care. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a remote environment, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and takes initiative to solve problems independently. What You’ll Do 📌 ✅ Deliver exceptional patient service through phone, video, email, text, and portal communications ✅ Coordinate scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications ✅ Support prior authorizations, pharmacy refills, and lab result tracking ✅ Accurately update and maintain patient records in our EMR ✅ Perform clinical administrative duties within the scope of your certification ✅ Protect patient privacy and ensure full HIPAA compliance What We’re Looking For 🌟 🔹 Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA) required 🔹 2+ years of experience in medical office or telehealth setting preferred 🔹 Prior experience with an EMR required 🔹 Prior experience with CoverMyMeds and prior authorizations preferred 🔹 Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills 🔹 Reliable self-starter who enjoys working independently Work Schedule & Compensation 💻 Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday some evenings) $22-24/hour, non-exempt Hybrid 75% remote and 25% in person (Winfield, IL) What We Offer 🎉 Medical insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off Opportunity to grow with a mission-driven telehealth practice 💖 Diversity and Inclusion at MyMenopauseRx: We celebrate and support diversity.
