Medical Director

Role Description The Medical Director at CFO Experience will provide clinical leadership and oversight for healthcare-related initiatives and programs in a part-time capacity. This hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and guiding clinical protocols, ensuring medical accuracy in programs and materials, and advising on patient safety and quality of care standards. The Medical Director will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to align clinical practices with organizational goals, support decision-making with evidence-based guidance, and contribute to strategic planning for healthcare projects. Additional tasks may include participating in case reviews, offering clinical input on product or service development, and representing the organization in professional meetings or partnerships.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine, with broad clinical knowledge and experience in patient care.
• Specialized expertise in one or more core areas such as Cardiology, Neurology, or Oncology.
• Demonstrated experience working with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Valid medical degree (MD or equivalent) and appropriate licensure/eligibility to practice in the region, as applicable.
• Experience in clinical leadership, medical governance, or directing healthcare programs is highly beneficial.
• Ability to interpret clinical data, apply evidence-based guidelines, and communicate complex medical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ethical standards, commitment to quality improvement, and familiarity with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
