Territory Development Associate

Role Description This part-time Territory Development Associate role at Société Française de la Valeur en Santé-VBHC is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The associate will support the organization’s growth by identifying and prioritizing target institutions and partners, mapping key stakeholders, and maintaining an up-to-date territory development pipeline. Daily activities include conducting market and stakeholder research, preparing briefings and presentations, and coordinating outreach efforts with the broader team. The role involves assisting with fundraising initiatives, drafting proposals, and tracking commitments and follow-up actions. The associate will also help organize meetings and events, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborate with colleagues to refine strategies that advance value-based healthcare initiatives in the region.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and research capabilities to assess opportunities, interpret data, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Candidates should possess fundraising-related skills, such as supporting donor outreach, preparing proposals, and tracking contributions and follow-up actions.
• Relevant academic background in public health, healthcare management, business, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, health policy, or value-based healthcare concepts is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) is advantageous.
