Für unser Medical Affairs-Team (Neuroscience) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeit­punkt befristete Unterstützung als:

Medical Education Manager (w/m/d) – befristete Elternzeitvertretung

Die Rolle des Medical Education Managers ist für die Erarbeitung der Medical Education Strategie des Therapeutischen Bereiches verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Planung, Umsetzung und die operative Nachverfolgung des Medical-Education-Plans. Die Rolle ist eine zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Medical-Education-Aktivitäten und stellt Qualität, Compliance sowie eine effiziente Projektabwicklung sicher

Deine Aufgaben:

Umsetzung des Medical-Education-Plans

• Mitarbeit am jährlichen Country Brand Operational Plan pro Indikation/Produkt
• Unterstützung der Kommunikationsstrategie im Therapiegebiet
• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung des KOL-Plans (medical education)

Operative Koordination und Durchführung

• Planung, Organisation, Umsetzung und Dokumentation aller Events sowie Unterstützung vor Ort bei Veranstaltungen
• Vertrags- und Referentenmanagement
• Logistische Steuerung externer Dienstleister
• Weiterentwicklung des Multichannel-Ansatzes
• Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern
• Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben
• Unterstützung des Budgetmanagements innerhalb Medical Affairs

Sicherstellung der Medical-Education-Exzellenz sowie der Einhaltung von Ethik/Compliance & Governance

• Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Differenzierungspotenzialen
• Implementierung von Evaluations- und Qualitätstools
• Messung der Teilnehmerzufriedenheit
• Förderung von Best Practices
• Sicherstellung wissenschaftlich korrekter und regelkonformer Kommunikation
• Strikte Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen und HWG Richtlinien

Externe Koordination und KOL Management

• Unterstützung bei Expertenmeetings und Advisory Boards
• Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen in IT-Systemen
• Erstellung und Analyse von Zufriedenheitsbefragungen
• Mitwirkung an Evaluations- und Impactberichten
• Beziehungsaufbau und -pflege zu Meinungsbildner:innen
• Erstellung von Berichten zu Medical-Education-Aktivitäten

Das bringst du mit

• Wissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise Promotion
• Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld, insbesondere in Medical Affairs
• Projektmanagementkompetenz, idealerweise zertifiziert durch Weiterbildungen
• Kenntnisse gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben
• Erfahrungen in der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
• Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
