- Participate in internal and external project meetings and teleconferences, as required.
- Support project and financial tracking, including unit metrics, out-of-scope activities, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and project-tracking systems.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives and help streamline workflows across Medical Affairs.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or another related medical or scientific field.

- Basic understanding of clinical research protocols, patient safety, and applicable regulatory standards is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize priorities and manage multiple deliverables.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Willing and able to work in a hybrid setup, reporting onsite in Makati City 2-3 days per week.
Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
