External support, especially of board-eligible physicists, will be provided via routine video meetings with an NMPC Regional Manager, initial on-site support for Monthly QA, and on-site certified physicist support for annual QA. As an NMPC physicist, you are able to participate in commissioning linacs and other technical projects across multiple centers, gaining valuable experience and earning a monetary bonus while collaborating with our experienced physics team.
