Job Description:

Our client is seeking a full-time, bilingual Medical Assistant to support their practice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with US companies and a strong command of the English language, preferably with a native or near-native accent. This role involves patient communication, appointment booking, and handling insurance inquiries.

The assistant will work exclusively for this practice, utilizing the client's preferred tools and systems, such as Google Documents, or the provided time tracker system. Experience with medical software and a good understanding of US healthcare practices are essential.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Call patients to book appointments.

• Manage appointment scheduling.

• Handle patient inquiries regarding insurance.

• Utilize client-provided software and tools for communication and task management.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Full-time availability (40 hours per week).

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Previous experience working with US companies.

• Excellent level of English proficiency, preferably native or near-native accent.

• Familiarity with US healthcare practices and insurance terminology.

• Ability to use communication and scheduling software.
