Perform intake submission review on medical records by identifying the medical record submitted matches the person it was intended to support. Identify that there was a medical record attached. Identify when an attestation was submitted with the record. Rotate any pages that were not submitted correctly, and enter the information into the CMS tool.

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
