Role Description The Medical Rep indoor role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Nasr City, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves engaging prospective and current learners, explaining IMETS Medical School programs, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Daily tasks include providing detailed information about courses, supporting enrollment processes, maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, and following up with leads to ensure timely communication. The Medical Rep will collaborate with academic and administrative teams, prepare basic reports on student interest and feedback, and help improve messaging and outreach strategies. The position requires consistent on-site presence for meetings, training, and events, balanced with remote work for follow-ups and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain medical education programs clearly to diverse audiences.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills to support prospective and enrolled learners effectively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation accurately.
• Basic sales and outreach skills, including lead follow-up, persuasive program presentation, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRMs, proficiency in email, online meeting platforms, and office productivity software.
• Knowledge or interest in healthcare and medical education; previous experience in medical sales, academic advising, or related roles is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending on-site activities in Nasr City and managing tasks remotely when appropriate.
• Relevant post-secondary education in healthcare, business, or communication fields is preferred but not strictly required for strong candidates.
