Role Description The Medical Sales Representative is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves promoting Integra’s pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmeceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other medical decision-makers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular sales visits, delivering product presentations, providing scientific information, and addressing customer inquiries. The Medical Sales Representative will maintain and expand a customer base, execute sales plans, monitor market trends and competitors, and ensure accurate reporting of activities and results. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, participating in meetings and trainings, and adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Strong Medical Sales skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly, respond to inquiries, and provide professional support.
Foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand product profiles, therapeutic areas, and clinical practice needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and organize field activities and reporting.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare sales role in Egypt is a plus.
