You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. See Yourself at Telix The Neuro MSL for the designated region serves as the field-based medical expert responsible for scientific exchange, actionable insight generation, and support of Telix Pharmaceuticals’ neuro-oncology portfolio across pre-launch, launch, and early post-launch activities. The MSL will build credible peer-to-peer relationships with experts in neuro-oncology, radiation oncology, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine, and related disciplines involved in gliomas and brain metastases. Through balanced, evidence-based exchange, the MSL will advance the scientific platform in alignment with Medical Communications and Medical Affairs strategies. Key Accountabilities: Identify and forge professional peer-to-peer relationships with National, Regional, and Local key opinion leaders. Execute field activities aligned with the Medical Affairs strategic launch plan. Support clinical trial site engagement, recruitment, and subject retention at targeted sites. Deliver high-caliber presentations on pipeline and clinical data. Deliver payer-facing scientific presentations to support evidence-based understanding of the neuro-oncology portfolio, disease state, diagnostic landscape, and clinical value proposition. Support creation and review of compliant scientific, medical, and payer decks in partnership with Medical Communications, Market Access, and cross-functional stakeholders. Collect, document, synthesize, and communicate actionable medical insights, research gaps, opportunities, and field intelligence to inform medical strategy. Track, document, and communicate MSL performance metrics, including quality of KOL engagement, actionable medical insights, scientific exchange outcomes, medical education impact, compliant field activity, and clinical trial site support. Leverage expertise to enhance and broaden knowledge among internal and external stakeholders. Attend medical and scientific meetings to engage KOLs, strengthen expertise, and summarize strategically relevant insights. Provide congress coverage, interpret emerging scientific and clinical data, and develop post-congress reports and presentations that translate key findings into actionable insights for Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders. Appropriately facilitate submission of Medical Education grants and Investigator-Initiated Research. Support cross-functional colleagues (e.g. commercial, marketing, clinical operations) in appropriate activities. Participate in Medical Affairs and clinical research activities, including advisory boards, publication planning, investigator meetings, and team forums. Lead priority projects assigned by Medical Affairs leadership. Conduct all activities in accordance with Telix policies, applicable regulations, and legal and ethical standards. Education and Experience: Advanced scientific, healthcare, or medical degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, RN) required 3+ years of neuro-oncology MSL experience Experience in product launch, or early post-launch Medical Affairs activities is strongly preferred. Radiopharmaceutical neuro-oncology experience Experience with neuro-oncology imaging, PET, MRI, molecular imaging, diagnostic imaging agents, or imaging biomarkers Experience supporting Investigator-Initiated Research (IITs), medical education grants, and evidence-generation initiatives is preferred. Thorough understanding of relevant policies guiding the radiopharmaceutical Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence Proficient in Microsoft Office Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted Experience using defined MSL performance indicators to demonstrate field impact, including strategic account execution, insight generation, follow-up closure, scientific engagement outcomes, and clinical trial support. Demonstrated ability to build productive collaborations with medical Excellent verbal and written communication Strong multi-tasking, time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, business acumen, and a high level of emotional intelligence. Detailed knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team Ability to quickly understand complex disease areas, diagnostic approaches, clinical development plans, the healthcare landscape, patient journey, and the role of imaging in gliomas and brain metastases. Valid driver’s Local, regional, and national travel up to 75%.
