Position Title: Medical Technologist

Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We're looking for someone who has worked in telehealth operations or brings a scientific background (chemistry, biology, or engineering). You understand why accurate, timely blood testing data matters for patient treatment decisions, you're comfortable with lab terminology and how orders, specimens, and results flow between patients, vendors, and physicians, and you work well remotely while knowing when to escalate. Above all, you're organized, dependable, and driven to improve the patient experience in healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure proper and timely creation of lab requisitions and orders
• Investigate issues with lab orders and results, including stalled, cancelled, or missing orders, and resolve errors or incomplete items
• Support our Customer Service team by troubleshooting lab-related requests and making sure lab details are clearly communicated to patients
• Triage incoming faxes and records, routing lab results and medical records requests to the correct workflows
• Complete data entry accurately, including lab order generation, lab result reporting, and other internal tracking tasks
• Communicate with physicians and third-party vendors to resolve questions about lab requirements and completion, escalating items outside your scope

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare operations role, ideally in lab operations or at a telehealth company; highly motivated college graduates with applicable majors (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience with lab software, electronic health records, or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and lab ordering workflows is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with lab terminology, biomarker panels, specimen types, and lab vendor workflows is a plus.
• Awareness and appreciation of HIPAA and the regulatory requirements of the telemedicine and lab environment, including careful handling of patient information
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment with physicians, vendors, and internal teams

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Organized and comfortable with routine, repetitive workflows

• Able to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with healthcare professionals

• Technically proficient and able to learn new software quickly

• Passion for improving the patient experience in a healthcare setting
