Given the highly regulated nature of the products in the Quechua market, we are looking for senior linguists with a proven track record specifically within the Life Sciences vertical. We prioritize linguists who understand the nuances of Patient Records and Clinical Protocols . Your specialized expertise will contribute to high-stakes medical and regulatory content. What You’ll Deliver Regulatory Review: Adapting and validating target text to meet compliance standards. Life Sciences Expertise: Demonstrable experience in translating for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or biotechnology. Standard Operating Procedures: Ability to work within strict GxP environments and adhere to ISO 17100 quality standards. Qualifications Native-level proficiency in the target language(s) Currently based in the United States of America A graduate qualification in translation, linguistics, or language studies, OR A graduate qualification in another field plus 2 years of full-time professional translation experience, OR 5 years of full-time professional translation experience. Work availability fluctuates with project demand, making this better suited as a supplemental income stream. As a 1099 contractor, you won't receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement contributions, and hours are not guaranteed. Requires reliable availability and commitment. Once you accept a task, we expect quality work and on-time delivery. Most tasks require a minimum of 2 hours per day or 10 hours per week.
