Medical VA (Spanish Bilingual)

We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Spanish and English. In this role, you will provide administrative support to a medical practice in the US, assisting doctors and patients with their needs. Position: Medical Virtual Assistant (Spanish Bilingual) Full Time: 30 to 40 hrs/week Pay: $7.00 / hour Willing to work on EST Hours Responsibilities: Answer phones and take detailed messages Communicate with patients and doctors Schedule and manage appointments Translate documents and assist with language interpretation as needed Assist with medical billing and insurance verification Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Provide general administrative support to the medical team Client Success or Client-Facing Experience Familiar in using Simple Practice Customer Service Experience Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant or similar role Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring proper record-keeping and documentation Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
