  • Partner with project managers, customers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver successful interface projects while maintaining accurate documentation and improving workflows

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Minimum of 2 years of MEDITECH application experience (hospital IT, MEDITECH, or similar), including programming in MEDITECH Magic, Client/Server, Focus, NPR Report Writer, and/or M-AT Report Designer

  • Proven success developing, implementing, and supporting HL7 interfaces within healthcare IT, application development, or systems integration environments

  • In-depth knowledge on how to work with MEDITECH data structures and architecture, including NPR and/or M-AT development and integration points

  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex technical environments, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction

  • Sincere interest in healthcare interoperability

  • Familiarity with interface engines, healthcare data standards, integration best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

  • A knack for working collaboratively across implementation, support, and project delivery teams, with strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
