Member Growth & Engagement Manager

About the Role

Drive member engagement and improve the journey from provider selection through a completed first visit. You will work across product, operations, data, and outreach teams to identify friction, act on member feedback, and improve access to care.

What You'll Do

• Own and improve the rate of members who select a provider and complete a first visit.

• Identify friction across outreach, scheduling, provider information, communications, and handoffs between product experiences.

• Manage post-visit feedback collection, including NPS and access scores, and improve its design, response rates, and data quality.

• Share member feedback with product, operations, data, and outreach stakeholders to guide decisions and engagement efforts.

• Partner with provider account management and operations teams to address scheduling, onboarding, and communication challenges.

• Explore new outreach channels, including AI-powered approaches, to reduce friction and improve visit conversion.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role.

• Consumer product experience, ideally with a digital product, and a record of improving usage, engagement, activation, or conversion metrics.

• Experience shipping products, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on results.

• Strong quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret conversion metrics and work with structured data.

• Comfort collaborating across teams and influencing without direct authority.

• Healthcare, health insurance, or consumer health experience is beneficial.

• Experience with SQL, product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude, CRM or marketing automation, survey tools, and data visualization.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $155,000 to $185,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
