Description JOB TITLE: Mental Health Clinician/MSW SALARY: $55k - $65K/annually BOE (Based On Experience PAY CYCLE: Weekly/Bi-Weekly, depending on hiring terms Location: Hybrid Torrance/Los Angeles JOB DESCRIPTION: Serenity Recuperative Care and Holliday’s Helping Hands are sister companies which are organizations that care for homeless families and individuals - We support the cause and fight to end homelessness! Core Responsibilities Provide strong clinical and case management leadership Maintain the highest quality provision of direct individual and group therapeutic and case management services Complete Adult Initial Assessment, Discharges, and Progress Notes Collaborate in the development and provision of clinical trainings Assist in involving patients in daily activities and scheduled appointments, budgeting, facilitating socialization, health and housing maintenance, community integration, and achieving life recovery Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications or Requirements: BA in field of social services with at least 3 years of experience working with marginalized populations Experience working with the homeless, substance abuse, mental health/ with dual diagnosis population Work at a traditional housing facility Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred As required by the County of Los Angeles, all SRC employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company.
