Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education.
• Stay abreast of current research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Experience in trauma-informed care, group therapy, and working with diverse populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical and compassionate care.
