**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct virtual therapy sessions, including individual, group, and family therapy.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records system.

- Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in telehealth and culturally competent care.

**Qualifications:**

- Licensed Behavioral Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).

- Licensure in multiple states is preferred.

- Strong commitment to minority health and caring for culturally and ethnically diverse populations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- Experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.
