Mental Health Therapist LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist | Hybrid

We’re seeking a licensed therapist who values trauma-informed care, meaningful client connections, and a holistic approach to well-being. You’ll provide individual therapy through in-person and telehealth sessions, with opportunities to facilitate groups, lead workshops, and participate in community education.

Healing Springs Wellness Center | Plantsville, CT | Hybrid

Schedule: Part-time, 18–20 billable hours weekly, including two evenings

Compensation: $53–$56 per billable hour | Fee-for-service

Employment: W-2, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapy.
• Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and documentation promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and colleagues to support quality care.
• Maintain a weekly caseload of 18–20 billable hours, including two evenings.
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• An active mental health license in good standing in Connecticut.
• At least two years of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, client-centered approach.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and interest in holistic wellness.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with others, and manage documentation.
• Reliable internet and a private setting for telehealth sessions.
• Interest in professional growth, groups, workshops, or community education.

Preferred: Training or experience in EMDR or other trauma-focused treatment approaches.
